1 Year Parts and Labor
Seller warrants the HandyX handheld X-ray unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
What Is Covered
- Handheld unit and electronics
- X-ray tube
- Battery
- Defects that occur during normal use as described in the instruction manual
If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Seller will, at its option, repair or replace the unit or the defective part.
Accessories
Charger, cone, case, cables, and other accessories are warranted for ninety (90) days from delivery.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from dropping, impact, liquid, or improper storage
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or opening of the housing
- Use other than as described in the manual
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, or normal wear and tear
- Damage from power surge or incorrect charging equipment
- Loss, theft, or units with a missing or altered serial number
How to Make a Claim
Email [email protected] or call 847-881-3400 with:
- Proof of purchase
- Serial number
- Description of the problem
- Photos or video of the issue, if possible
Do not ship the unit until Seller issues return instructions.
Customer pays shipping to Seller. Seller pays return shipping if the claim is covered.
Limits
This warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Seller's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product. Seller is not responsible for lost clinic time, lost revenue, or other indirect costs.
Replacement or repair does not extend the original one-year term.
