The American College of Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons is a national professional honor society founded in 1991 in Chicago, Illinois. Our mission is to recognize and promote the highest standards of podiatric medicine and surgery.

Dr. Sev Hrywnak
A physician-entrepreneur and President/CEO of The SEV Group, Dr. Hrywnak is a board-certified functional medicine expert, lecturer, and author. A Fellow of ACPPS and former Scholl College and Northwestern instructor, he founded Project HUGS to provide surgery for the underinsured.
Dr. Thuy Ho-Ellsworth
A dual board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with over 12 years serving the Austin area. Founder of Align Foot & Ankle, she emphasizes a minimally invasive, patient-centered approach with advanced treatments including regenerative medicine and laser therapy.
Dr. Stanley Blondek
A dedicated medical educator, Dr. Blondek has served as Medical Director at the Marywood PA Program for over 10 years. He teaches Pediatrics and precepts students annually, and has lectured locally and nationally at medical conferences.
Dr. Hartley Miltchin
A Toronto podiatrist integrating cutting-edge technology in treatment and surgery. Specializing in REAL minimally invasive, in-office bunion and hammertoe correction and heel pain, with a special interest in laser technology.
Dr. Michael Tagge
A graduate of Wheaton College and Rosalind Franklin William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine (with honors), Dr. Tagge completed a 3-year forefoot and rearfoot surgical residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
Dr. Mary Olszewski
Practicing in the Chicagoland area for over 29 years with extensive experience across podiatry and a specialty in wound and diabetic care. She is the only doctor in the Midwest utilizing a unique method of treating fat pad loss with injected sub-dermal fillers.
Dr. Martin Yorath
Medical Director of Rosalind Franklin University Health System since 2007 and Residency Program Director for Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the Royal Society of Medicine, UK.
Dr. Thomas Graziano
One of only a handful of practitioners holding both a D.P.M. and an M.D. degree. A board-certified foot and ankle surgeon and Surgical Educator at Curalta Foot and Ankle, he has developed and patented surgical devices used in reconstructive foot surgery.
Dr. Thomas Nordquist
A graduate of Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Rosalind Franklin University. He is trained in diabetic wound care and limb salvage, reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, and peripheral nerve surgery.

ACPPS Fellows are selected through a rigorous peer-nomination process, ensuring that only those who meet the highest professional standards are honored.
