The American College of Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons is a professional honor society. It was founded in 1991 in Chicago Illinois. Members have been inducted into the college through a nominating process by their peers. The nominating process takes into account the following, a demonstration of a high standard of patient care, dedication to the Health and Welfare of their community, and possessing superior academic work in the healthcare field.
Every year the college receives nominations and a selection process picks outstanding podiatric physicians and surgeons to become members (Fellows) of the American College of Podiatric Physicians and surgeons. Dr. Borys Markewych, DPM is a podiatry specialist in Spokane, WA and has over 35 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1985. He is affiliated with medical facilities Bartlett Regional Hospital and MultiCare Deaconess Hospital.
Dr. Ho - Ellsworth is a dual board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with over 12 years of experience serving the Austin area. Dr. Severko Hrywnak is a physician-entrepreneur and president/CEO of The SEV Group, Advanced Ambulatory Surgical Center, VIP Surgery Chicago, and other ventures in healthcare, tech, and real estate. He has developed major medical and commercial projects in Chicago and holds several healthcare patents.
A board-certified functional medicine expert, Dr. Hrywnak is a lecturer and author in internal medicine and USMLE prep, and has spoken across North America on healthcare, genetics, anti-aging, and business law. He’s a fellow of the American College of Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons, and a former instructor at Scholl College and Northwestern.

Dr. Orlando Núñez graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medical and Science College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois and completed a three-year Podiatric Surgery and Medicine Residency post-graduation at Kendall Regional Medical Center in Miami, Florida. Dr. Núñez is licensed to practice as a Podiatric Surgeon in the states of Idaho and Florida.
Secretary
Dr. Blondek has extensive experience teaching in medical education. He has served as the Medical Director at Marywood PA Program for over 10 years. He teaches Pediatrics I and II in the didactic year, and he precepts up to 20 students per year in his Pediatrics practice. He has taught the Pediatric Advanced Life Support course many times, he has instructed podiatric students at Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine, and he has been a guest lecturer locally and nationally at medical conferences.
