Dr. Joe Carbone
President
Dr. Carbone has served as the Monroe County Legislator for the 16th District (Irondequoit) since 2013, now holding the position of Deputy Majority Leader. He is also the past President of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong and the Monroe Community Hospital. Dr. Carbone is a fellow of the American College of Foot Orthopedics and Medicine. He is on staff at Rochester General Hospital.
